About  SWTFC

Saffron Walden Town FC is a not-for profit limited company. It is a member-owned Communitry Benefit Society"

In 2013 Saffron Walden Town FC completed the process of transferring the club to the status of a Community Benefit Society (CBS). This means the members will now own the club directly, and the structure will help provide stability for the future of senior football at Catons Lane.

A new limited liability not for profit company – Saffron Walden Town Football Club Ltd – was established in August 2013, and the club received the formal approval of the FA, Essex FA and Thurlow Nunn League, allowing the transfer to be be effected from September 2013.
