Thank you from the Board of SWTFC

We are going up!! The Board of Saffron Walden Town FC would like to say a big thank you for the quite incredible level of support for the players at our  final league match against Great Yarmouth, and indeed over the season as a whole...

Promotion last season was the culmination of three years of hard work by Board members, Ken and Chrissy in the clubhouse, supporters and volunteers since the club was re-established in league football in 2012.  Thousands of hours have been put into the club, improving the basic facilities, organising events, raising funds, and establishing a new community benefit society to run the club in a sustainable, democratic way. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to that.

Our priority now will be to plan for next season and also redouble our efforts to get new investment to improve the facilities. We would also ask that you continue to get behind us for season 2015-16. Memberships and season tickets are on sale again and we hope to have record numbers for the year ahead. More here>
